  This is the summarising dlo of what we wrote and summarise about a art artist His  name was[ Rangi Haira Jaxson].We wrote down 20 important words from the text and choose the 6 most important words from the 20 words we wrote down then we used those 6 words to summarise up the text but in a sentences. What we found interesting was that we learned  about something that was captivating, incredible to find information about.

Hauora and Olympians

Atheletes that are able to get into the medal range work hard physically and mentally. The body must be fit and the mind need a good mindset in order to do the best you can. It is important for you you celebrate you succes, but it is also eqally imporant that you able to celebrate the less succsesful times aswell. It is the learning you use fromlosing to make you stronger physically and mentally.It is having the belief in your self and the support from your whanua that keeps you motivated. People who are able to make it into the medal ranger has a goodmindset,fit,strong,winners, and they are able to lead their contry into succes. People who don'tmake it into the medal range loses motivation,confidence, and insprastion, but if they took the learning part from their losses they are able to become better with a goodmindset,support,balance, and self belief and is able to become stronger and wiser.

Mindfulness

LI: removing the negativity from your mind The mindfulness bell is treated like a taonga. This week LS2 focused on mindfulness. Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling right now.Mindfulness is about focusing on the present and leaving the past behind.LS2 than sat in circle facing the opposite direction of everyone and loosen their stomach,hands on our knees and focused by breathing in and out slowly so our body and mind can relax.As the bell rang each one us breathed in and out while our mind was slowly approaching the green zone.As I body was relax our mind was wandering in calm position.Mindfulness helps our mind proceed towards the green zone so we can slowly escape from the red zone.Something I found interesting  Everyone goes into the red zone which is negative emotions. To change the red zone into green zone, we used the mindfulness bell to change the mood into calm and relaxed.

LI: To create a labelled diagram about simple machines We have been learning about simple machines. There are 6 different types of simple machines. This week we learnt about pulleys. Our DLO shows our labelled diagrams of a pulley system. A labelled diagram is an information picture. did you know that the pulley is a way of moving a load or the direction of force. the effort is the force that the person put to pull. I like this because it was a team work active  

Expectation's

  LI: To follow the rules and expectations, expected from teachers. T his weeks PB4L learning is about following classroom rules and expectations. PB4L is a acronym describing Positive Behavior for Learning. PB4L helps us understand the correct behavior for inside classroom learning and outer learning. This consist of Classroom discussions, walking to assembly, behaviour on school trips, wet day procedure eg. respecting wet day monitors. All of these prospects will help us develop a strong and healthy learning enviroment. I found this activity was really interesting myself and my group really liket working togther my group got to exsplan the work that we did.

I have 4 siblings, three older brothers, and another older sister. My most favourite food is sushi. Two things I want to improve are not being shy, and working more on my math.
